1, Do you offer a free survey. Yes.

2, Can you show us your waste carrier licence. Yes.

3, Is there anything you will not remove during the clearance. Food, medicines, dirty sanitary items & gas cylinders.

4, Waiting time if we accept the quote. 1 to 2 weeks.

5, Do we have to be there when you do the work. No.

6, Commercial customers, can we supply a waste transfer note. Yes.

7, How do we make payment. Our preference would be bank transfer but we would accept cash or cheques.

8, What things do we need to have ready before the house clearance. Please ensure there is adequate parking for our van.
